I have spent over 20 years working in the health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition world, supporting people as they build healthier relationships with their bodies, habits, and daily routines.
My work blends holistic nutrition, wellness coaching, movement, behaviour change, and nervous system awareness. Over the years, I have supported many clients in understanding the deeper patterns behind their food choices, emotional eating, stress, self-sabotage, and the struggle to stay consistent.

I created this service because I know that food change becomes much easier when people have the right systems, support, and education around them. A well-organized kitchen, a clear grocery plan, and a few simple prep rhythms can shift the way you feel about feeding yourself and your family.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and supportive. I meet you where you are, help you make sense of what feels overwhelming, and guide you toward simple systems you can continue using long after our session together.
