I have spent over 20 years working in the health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition world, supporting people as they build healthier relationships with their bodies, habits, and daily routines.

My work blends holistic nutrition, wellness coaching, movement, behaviour change, and nervous system awareness. Over the years, I have supported many clients in understanding the deeper patterns behind their food choices, emotional eating, stress, self-sabotage, and the struggle to stay consistent.
